Overview

Are you an outgoing salesperson with a drive to get things done? We are looking for excited candidates who can help grow our new brokerage model and work with real estate agents to bring them all the tools they need for unprecedented success!

This is a remote phone- and computer-based sales recruitment position, where individuals would be responsible for driving subscription sales and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Duties include phone and digital outreach, selling the value of Summerland Real Estate’s platform to agents and assisting team administrators with recruitment and onboarding.

Role And Responsibilities

Achieve targeted outreach goals

Initiate and Respond to Phone, Text, and Email Outreach campaigns

Establish and maintain communication with potential and existing agents

Working with admins to schedule interviews and live company demos

The Ideal Candidate

Real Estate Experience

Experience in phone and digital sales or customer service

Strong Sales Behaviors

Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Training and Support

Our hands-on training philosophy ensures that our team has everything they need to succeed. We provide paid training on all aspects of the position, with ongoing admin support after the official training period has concluded. You’ll start by learning the ropes of the company through one-on-one work with a team member as well as digital webinars, shadowing demonstrations, and then jumping in to start making sales!

Compensation

Temporary/Part Time

Commission & Production based

$20/Hour Base pay with commission
