House Pros is seeking a highly organized and motivated Real Estate Dispositions Nationwide Account Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling properties we have under contract.

The Real Estate Dispositions Nationwide Account Professional will be focused on creating and executing a domestic and international real estate strategy to maximize the return on investment for our clients. The individual will manage the workflow for all residential and/or commercial transactions, from origination through closing.

Responsibilities:

• Source and manage relationship opportunities from a large network of buyers

• Analyze properties and portfolios for potential sale to create a perfect selling strategy to buyers

• Negotiate pricing and terms for transactions

• Coordinate the due diligence and closing processes

• Manage compliance and legal documents for the transactions

• Track and monitor financial pre- and post-closing performance

• Provide financial and portfolio reports to clients

• Research market trends and leverage data analytics to identify new investment opportunities

• Collaborate with other departments and external partners

• Remain up-to-date on industry trends and legal/regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of real estate investment strategies and processes

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills

• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets or similar

• Skilled in using analytics to identify new investment opportunities

• Ability to execute transactions within established timeframes

• Great problem-solving skills

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
