Commercial Real Estate Associate (Midlevel)

Venable LLP’s Commercial Real Estate Group seeks a midlevel to senior associate with a minimum of five years of experience to join the practice in the Washington, D.C., Baltimore, or Tysons office.

The qualified candidate has a minimum of five years of experience in the commercial real estate industry working on acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing transactions. In this role the candidate will take on client-facing responsibilities right away, work closely alongside the practice’s Chambers-ranked partners, and manage teams to run and close deals. Our commercial practice has national reach with an exciting mix of complex transactional work with a range of clients including national and regional developers, REITs, equity investors, owners and operators. The successful candidate has excellent oral and written communication skills, and outstanding academic credentials. Candidates must hold a juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to and in good standing with the relevant jurisdiction’s bar.
