Boeing is seeking an Experienced or Senior Supplier Quality Specialist to work in Boeing Global Services - Government Services, supporting V-22 and CH-47 sustainment platforms with program offices located in Ridley Park, PA. This Supplier Quality Specialist will support the BGS sustainment business by serving as the BGS Philadelphia Deputy Quality Management Representative, providing quality support and establishing internal audit plans. This position is a high visibility, customer facing position that will require a candidate who is well organized, process oriented, and highly motivated to deliver results to our customer.
This position has been identified as a hybrid opportunity and will require applicants to work on-site in Ridley Park, PA, US

Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform prime contract review in order to integrate contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation including the flow down of quality requirements associated with inter-Boeing work transfer.
  • Lead and facilitate teams in the development of Corrective Action and Process Improvement Plans to address quality and contractual deficiencies identified by Boeing and our customers
  • Serve as the BGS Philadelphia Deputy Quality Management Representative

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience)

  • 5+ years of experience working with the management of suppliers, procurement activities, and leading process improvements and RCCA (root cause and corrective action) activities
  • 3+ years of experience working with regulatory agencies (DCMA, FAA, and/or Military)
  • 5+ years of experience in the application of AS9100

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • +5 years aerospace quality experience

Typical Education/Experience:

Experienced (Level 3):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Senior (Level 4):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Level 3 Summary pay range: $ $64,260 - $119,340

Level 4 Summary pay range: $79,380 - $147,420
