Project Supervisor Job Summary

Project Supervisors are responsible for project set up, managing customer deliverables and

team member expectations and general supervision. Ongoing training with team to maintain

consistent work and communication with customers and employees. Project Supervisors travel

to the manufacturing plants, where the parts are being made or the warehouses where the parts

are being stored to supervise our teams of quality inspectors.

Project Supervisors create an atmosphere where the individual is recognized and foster an

environment for employee growth. Project Supervisors work together with their teams and

customers to solve problems.

Project Supervisor Job Responsibilities & Duties

• Responsible for ensuring all teams within assigned location(s) are operating according to
• Completes required training classes
• Relevant to the project.
• Manage customer relationships
• Develop work instructions and train team leaders and inspectors on proper procedures
• Follows all employee policies and other duties as assigned
• Standards and requirements, including safety.
• Must be willing to travel to Florence,KY and Lexington, KY

Project Supervisor Job Qualifications & Skills

• Flexibility and adaptability
• Experience with business-to-business customer relations
• Associates degree or equivalent work experience
• Detail orientated
• Positive attitude and self-motivated
• 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience
