Job Responsibilities:
- Performing quality control including reviewing documents, ensuring the service level agreements and firm wide policy requirements, and procedures are met, reviewing data on multiple systems and applications, and making analytical decisions to ensure customer requests were approved or denied appropriately
- Following QC procedures, JPMC policy, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- You will be required to meet established productivity and quality goals
- Additional responsibilities as workflow deems necessary
- Reviews client information, client interaction notes, and processes for quality evaluation purposes and escalates as required
- Inputs quality information, issues and tracking for error trend purposes
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Excellent time management skills - must be able to multi-task and independently maintain a pipeline of work
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Role requires high level of independent decision making & judgment under minimal supervision
- Proven customer-centric focus coupled with the ability to balance against controls
- Quality Experience preferred
- Proven ability to deal with ambiguity, think critically, solve problems, plan and meet deadlines
- Proven excellent research and analytical skills
