The Quality & Food Safety Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to food quality and safety to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and improve overall product quality. The Quality and Food Safety Data Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, develop insights, and implement data-driven solutions to enhance food safety protocols and maintain high-quality standards, as well to lead Celsius sensory program and interpret data to provide feedback to manufacturers and R&D.

The Quality & Food Safety Data Analyst will work with the Quality Assurance Manager and team, as part of the quality and food safety continual improvement process of the Celsius brand to become the best fitness brand in the world. This key role will be part of the management team of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Track and analyze quality data to identify GAP’ s against quality requirements by Celsius.
• Review, document and report quality and food safety data of product produced by the current co-packers and service providers
• Review data of label verification and compliance
• Report results to leadership: Corporate Quality Manager and Senior VP of Operations
• Maintain Sensory Program
• Be an influencer of Celsius Food Safety and Quality Culture
• Perform market quality audits
• Review Analytical and microbiological results
• Perform co-packer proficiency test
• Management of Change (MOC) and Continual Improvement database owner and program compliance
• Ability to identify process deviations through data and results analysis:
• Review data related packaging integrity data
• Ensure management control of documentation and records across the organization

Qualifications:

• Effective communication skills are needed for this role, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to interact with customers and employees at all levels of the organization.
• 2 years associate degree- Background in Science preferable
• Previous experience in food manufacturing and laboratory testing methods
• Document control management experience
• Strong PC skills are a must, intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel is required.
• Food Safety: GFSI exposure or basic knowledge
• Record management experience
• Self-motivated and eager to take the initiative; with the ability to work effectively in a team setting and as an individual.
• FDA FSMA exposure or basic knowledge
• Awareness of Continuous Improvement: Root Causa Analysis (tools and processes)
• Experience with Carbonated soft drinks canning equipment is highly preferred but not required.
• Well organized and detail oriented with good time management skills.
