Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of IATF 16949, Audits, Non-Conformance Reports, CAPA investigation, and machined parts. This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing data and generating reports on quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Managing and maintaining the company's quality management system to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Investigating non-conformance reports and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address any issues.
• Utilizing 5y and Fishbone analysis to identify root causes of quality issues and develop effective solutions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control procedures for machined parts.
• Providing technical support to production teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.
• Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality engineering role in the manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949 standards and quality control procedures.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience in conducting audits and investigating non-conformance reports.
• Proficient in data analysis and report generation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to utilize 5y and Fishbone analysis to identify root causes of quality issues.
• Experience with machined parts is preferred.
