Job Description

About Our Client
My client is a well established manufacturer, with a strong focus on innovation & quality. They are a leading provider of cutting-edge manufacturing solutions for a variety of industries such as automotive, electronics, medical devices, consumer goods, and more. Their product portfolio includes precision components, elctromechanical assemblies, custom enclosures, molded plastics, and specialized machinery.

  • Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management system requirements.
  • Operate, program, and run the CMM Program (PCDMIS)
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement throughout the supply chain.
  • Analyze product non-conformities and perform root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the company's quality management system, adhering to relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of quality training programs for employees to enhance their understanding of quality standards and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality metrics and initiate corrective actions when necessary.

The Successful Applicant
  • Proficient in using quality measurement equipment and inspection tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Proven experience in quality engineering or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis and quality improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related experience, or certification in PCDMIS
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, tools, and techniques.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as IATF 16949
  • Professional certifications related to quality engineering, such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), are a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
