Your Role

This is a hybrid opportunity.
  • Lead the implementation of process improvement strategies.
  • Report, communicate, and update to leadership.
  • Ensure effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Other duties may be assigned time from time.
  • Assess current training program and processes ensuring ISO regulations are met.
  • Responsible for the training administration and assessment of all current training processes and requirements.
  • Drive process efficiency opportunities and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the training management system and ensure that all required training is efficiently assigned and deployed to team members.
  • Drive timely completion of training.
  • Identify improvement opportunities through curriculum review, clean-up, training burden assessment, and so on.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 3-5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industries. 3-5 years of experience with training management and quality systems. Experience with eQMS software. Experience with document control management using MasterControls is preferred but not required. Advanced knowledge of GMP, ISO, and QSR standards and regulations. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Strong attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently. Ability and willingness to travel are preferred.
