Are you a skilled Video On Demand tester with a passion for OTT (over-the-top) technology? Look no further!πŸ‘€


Within our team, you will be responsible for testing and troubleshooting End to End issues across all devices and platforms!πŸ’₯


⭐ Key Responsibilities ⭐:


  • Conduct manual testing of video streaming services using tools such as Charles Proxy and Fiddler. πŸ”
  • Ensure that all video streaming services comply with the latest industry standards and regulations. πŸ“œ
  • Work with the development team to improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools. πŸ› οΈ
  • Provide regular status reports on testing progress, issues, and risks. πŸ“Š
  • Work with the team to identify and prioritize issues and bugs, and ensure they are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. 🐜
  • Develop and execute test plans for the video streaming platform, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. πŸ§ͺ


βœ” Candidate Desirables βœ”:


  • Some understanding of video streaming protocols and codecs such as HLS, DASH, and MPEG-DASH. πŸŽ₯
  • Knowledge of cloud-based video streaming services such as AWS Elemental Media Services, Wowza Streaming Engine, and Azure Media Services. ☁️
  • Proven experience in manual testing of video streaming platforms. πŸ“Ή
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. πŸ€”
  • Familiarity with testing tools such as Charles Proxy and Fiddler. πŸ”
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 🀝
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. πŸŽ“
