DTN currently has an outstanding opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Engineer. This is a remote opportunity.
What You'll Do:
  • Develops and executes functional and semi-complex automated tests by taking a risk-based approach, using available testing processes and tools.
  • Conducts root cause analysis for post release issues.
  • Collaborates on the development and maintenance of automated regression suite utilizing existing test automation tools.
  • Serves as a mentor
  • Develops and executes functional and semi-complex automated tests by taking a risk-based approach, using available testing processes including BDD and tools.
  • Provides quality engineering perspective when determining the quality of product prior to code deployment.
  • Triggers, monitors, and controls the execution of automated test scripts.
  • Participates on one or more decentralized scrum teams accountable for delivering on sprint goals.
Technical Skills:
  • Intermediate knowledge of software testing concepts and test design techniques, such as blackbox, greybox, integration, regression, exploratory testing.
  • Basic knowledge of Non-functional testing concepts, such as performance & security testing.
  • Intermediate knowledge on tools such as Selenium, Fiddler, Jmeter, DevTools using Python and Java as the languages
  • Good foundational understanding of Agile/Scrum process.
  • Good foundational understanding of automation concepts, particularly around Web Automation.
