ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS The principal responsibilities of the QC Technician are to work with the production department and support order fulfillment activities. The QC Technician will perform these duties as outlined by the Sensitech work instructions, quality assurance procedures and assembly drawings.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

 Inspecting quality and review completeness of outbound sales orders from programming area before handed to shipping department.

 Review outbound orders and stock items according to standard work instructions and/or customer specific operating procedure (SOP).

 Perform specified quality checks and report any abnormalities to Production Supervisor.

 Keep track of turn-backs of programming area and present in team meeting for continuous improvement.

 Support excel sheets with special functionality within the logistics area.

 Maintain required shipping supplies including boxes, cartons, tape and other packing materials

 Perform other tasks assigned, such as Recycle Associate I & II and Configuration Associate duties and help other departments as needed.

 Manual and finger dexterity to manipulate small objects and operate small hand tools.

 Physical ability to transport objects typically weighing up to 50 lbs.

 Able to perform several and/or combination of the following tasks such as to lift, carry, push, pull, sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, twist, reach, grasp and/or work with small objects.

 Able to stand and/or walk for considerable (8+ hours) periods.

 Extended work hours may be required, including weekends and holidays to meet customer orders.

QUALIFICATIONS

 High School Diploma or equivalent.

 Computer skills required, Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook knowledge.

 Ability to understand oral and written instructions.

 Excellent attention to detail.  Strong communication skills.

 Ability to follow direction from the Supervisor, Team Lead and/or Team Members.

 Recommend improved EH&S practices.

 Department specific EH&S responsibilities such as Cardinal Rules, PPE, MSDS labeling, ergonomics, evacuation, etc.

Pay Range:

$16.50 - $59.07 per hour
