Description:

Our Early Pay Specialists coordinate early payment processing by inspecting submitted payment forms and working with team members to ensure accuracy when payments are made. Early payments are usually processed starting utility services or an urgent payment comes up. Your accuracy and speed will help avoid late fees, which negatively affect the company and our clients. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with other teams to resolve early payment issues
• Certify all early and overnight payments have been processed correctly
• Examine all early pay submission forms
• Duties, responsibilities and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice
• Establish new accounts by importing data

• Low (5% of work day)
• Outbound to utility providers

• Flexible between 8am – 5pm M-F
