Client- Maybelline Location- Hybrid/Midtown, New York City (Need local) Rate55/hr Visa-USC or GC

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Participates in Project requirements.

Creates and gains project approval on project test plans.

Creates and/or oversees the creation and approval of project test cases and QA-related documentation.

Understanding of how to design tests and interpret test results

Provides accurate and justifiable estimates testing schedules.

Can communicate accurate and timely project status, issues, risks and scope changes to Project Leads and team

Evaluate and understand dependencies between feeds to understand how changes may impact downstream systems

Effectively executes tests and records results working with others to identify and resolve defects via online tools, example: Jira.

Partner with our Database team and Fulfillers to execute End to End test cases

Ensures adherence to standardized QA policies, processes, and documentation standards.

Collaborate with developers and producers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements

Who You Are

Minimum 5 years E-Commerce working experience.

Must be able to demonstrate troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience or familiarity working on back-end operations projects including Inventory and Order Feeds.

Experience or Familiarity with Payment Processor Integrations including but not limited to PayPal, Credit Card, ApplePay, AfterPay.

Must be able to demonstrate test planning and scheduling skills.

Ability to produce effective test plans and test cases with accurate project testing estimates.

High level understanding of design/development methodologies and project management concepts.

Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to communicate with all levels of the organization from senior management down to staff level both internally and externally.

Strong work ethic, positive attitude & excellent collaboration skills.

Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Must work well under pressure.

Strong analytical and technical skills with work experience such as XML, content management system, Database extracts, Microsoft Suite, SnagIT, etc.

Strong organizational skills to assist in managing multiple projects and tasks

Ability to multi-task, working independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams to produce consistent results with minimum supervision

Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving environment.
