Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in testing enterprise level applications. This may include partnering or working closely with key vendors and service providers as well as technology team members to plan and manage a tool set that supports business needs and is in compliance with corporate and industry standards, including the following:
- Understanding of SDLC/Agile Methodologies and DevOps;
- Working independently or in team oriented environments to meet deadlines.
- Understanding of process analysis, defect management, and risk assessment/mitigation; and,
- Understanding of Behaviour driven frameworks;
- Understanding of Performance Testing tools;
- Supporting testing tools and processes like MicroFocus UFT, MicroFocus ALM, Jira Selenium, Cucumber, Qualitia, etc;
- Working in different phases of testing;
- Creating test reports, metrics, test plans and dashboards;
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in supporting Quality Assurance and Testing-based engagements, which includes the following:
- Managing ERP testing engagements with a variety of platforms, including SAP S/4 Hana, Workday, GEP, etc.
- Providing technical and consulting support from Quality Assurance & Testing-related activities and functions; and,
- Helping to implement recommendations that lead clients to a higher level of maturity and improve efficiencies;
- Understanding of SDLC.
- Planning test execution on complex engagements where multiple software platforms are involved;
- Assisting in engagements which may include Development Integration Testing (Component/Feature Testing), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Acceptance Testing (PAT), supporting responses for proposal documents and project teams for client engagements;
- Helping to implement testing recommendations, organizational designs and other process recommendations;
- Creating testing dashboard using TestFLO and publishing periodic testing reports to communicate progress;
- Assisting with assessments and appraising the maturity of existing test organizations against full life cycles of a defined Testing Methodology;
- Performing Quality Assurance and Testing-related work;
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success with leading Quality & Assurance Testing engagements that provide clients with a program, methodology, tools and templates to capture and classify their application portfolios, analyze functional redundancies, assess performance considerations and calculate total cost of ownership, which includes thorough abilities to utilize the following:
- Understanding of Automation of performance metrics and technologies that support this, including Microsoft Access, Microsoft SharePoint, and Program Assessment Rating tool.
- Understanding of Quality Center and other testing tools and/or testing tool certifications; and,
- Performing Test Script development;
- Performing Functional / System Testing;
- Performing Test Plan reviews and developments;
