Qa Manager Jobs

• Establish and implement best practices and standards for the QA team, including testing methodologies, test plans, and automated testing frameworks
• Manage and lead a team of QA engineers to ensure that software products meet the required quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and track defects, and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Develop and manage test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Work with development and product management teams to ensure that all products are thoroughly tested and meet customer requirements

• Continuously evaluate and improve the QA process, tools, and techniques to ensure the highest level of quality assurance
• Manage and report on QA metrics to measure product quality, team performance, and process improvement

You should apply if you bring:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software QA, with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role
• Proven experience i n developing and implementing QA strategies, methodologies, and processes.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, Postman, etc.)
• Experience with test automation frameworks and techniques
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
