We’re looking for a QA business analyst to join our ranks. In this role, you'll work closely with product analysts, the Application Solutions QA team, and our technology partners to ensure that your team adheres to performance standards and follows all necessary procedures, providing top-notch service. You will drive testing strategy, build and improve processes and reporting, and develop best practices with our technology partners and internal stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with subject-matter experts and product analysts to identify testable components and potential feature complexity vulnerabilities
  • Establish testing strategies that simplify and support comprehensive test coverage
  • Working with our technology partners to implement and enforce quality gates at each stage of the pipeline (i.e., strategy, design, testing)
  • Collaborating with product teams on building release success metrics and KPIs to be shared with Commonwealth leadership and our technology partners
  • Identifying and communicating risks and opportunities for improvement in testing process and product quality
  • Leading the adoption of best practices, tools, designs, and frameworks in functional and automated testing
  • Designing and implementing test cases that focus on product user interfaces and APIs

Core Strengths and Skills

  • Strong and demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Bachelor’s degree related to information technology
  • 3+ years of quality assurance experience
  • Knowledge of incident and program tracking software such as ServiceNow and Jira a plus
  • Financial or similar industry experience
