PickNik's annual revenue is $6M and we have worked with 72+ customers over the past 7 years including Google, Amazon, Samsung, Intel, and NASA. Join us in taking robots outside of factories and into our everyday lives and even outer space.

As a QA Analyst at PickNik Robotics, you will be responsible for defining, planning, and executing quality assurance testing for the MoveIt Studio platform on a variety of simulated and hardware robots. You will be an integral part of understanding features, working with our engineering team to define how they will be tested, and ensuring the quality of our releases.

Attention to detail is critical in all testing roles, but working with robots that exist in the physical world and can manipulate their environment adds an even higher level of importance to the work that QA does. You need to develop an understanding of the failure modes that are possible and design tests to ensure that we are considering both software and hardware error cases.

  • Desire to contribute to software and teams solving big problems.
  • Are excited to be part of a small team of experts building cutting edge robot software for multiple robot arms.

  • US Person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident).
  • 3 - 6 years experience testing integrated hardware and software.
  • Provide onsite support, application advice and training for new and existing installations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a natural tester. Enjoy working in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
  • Live in the Boulder/Denver area and are able to be in-office several days per week.

Some Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Knowledge/Awareness of Agile software development methodology e.g. JIRA.
