Qa Analyst Jobs

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance Tester to join our Agile software team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through the creation and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases. Your primary focus will be on testing our software applications for defects and ensuring that they meet our high standards for functionality and user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the product and development teams to ensure that all defects are identified, documented, and resolved in a timely manner.
• Use Jira and Zephyr to track and report on test progress and defect resolution.
• Continuously improve our testing processes and methodologies to ensure that our software products meet or exceed our customers' expectations.
• Work closely with the product and development teams to understand software requirements and ensure that they are testable.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers to ensure that everyone is aligned on testing goals and objectives.
• Create and maintain an automated test case array to ensure efficient and accurate testing.
• Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude at all times, even when dealing with challenging testing scenarios or tight deadlines.
• Decompose requirement documentation into comprehensive test cases that cover all possible scenarios and edge cases.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives to provide feedback and improve the overall quality of our software products.
