As a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst your responsibility will include planning and implementing QA standard methodologies along with crafting tests, generating metrics, reporting and performing test cases. You will be part of technical automation team and will set standard for approaches, estimates and plan for sophisticated coordinated systems with a strong focus on automation. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to build innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our business needs.


What you'll do

  • Involved in knowledge transfer and training new/existing resources on technology
  • Providing reports on daily tasks, execution, pass/fail ratio, defects etc to QA Manager and team lead
  • Developing new test scripts, dry run scripts and make them stable
  • Attending Agile meetings (Daily scrum meeting/Sprint planning/Backlog refinement) on assigned projects
  • Coming up with exact solutions for problems related to object identity and error handling
  • Handling the upcoming changes and performing regression tests for sprint
  • Work collaboratively with different teams, connect with them and implement new functionalities


Required qualifications

  • 3+ years of consistent track record with different frameworks and coding experience in Java/JavaScript/VB Scripting
  • At least 3 years of Automation experience with Selenium and Postman API
  • Working with an Agile development team as a primary contributor to development, integration, and deployment of automated system tests, ensuring quality, reliability, usability, and performance of new features.
  • Experience with Lean Agile methodologies and shown understanding and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
  • Experience working with Source Control tools such as Github
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar field
  • 2 years experience with SAP application testing
  • A minimum of 1 year Automation experience with UFT and Load runner
  • Experience in providing solutions for test strategy, test planning, test coverage and automation.
  • Should facilitate automated testing, regression testing, UI, and API testing for all new features for desktop application, browser, and mobile testing


Preferred qualifications

  • User Acceptance Testing and Defects Management processes for Onshore and Offshore teams
  • Certified Test Automation Engineer-ASTQB ISTQB
  • 1 year Automation experience with Mobile testing
  • Experience collaborating with Client for staffing new automation development requirements and mitigating any automation risks
  • Experience establishing and ensuring adherence to standards for Test Plan, Test Strategy, Test Design, Test Execution,

Salary Range $64,000 - $92,400 USD

Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
