National Public Relations – Volunteer (Boston, Remote)

About the Serenely Guided Foundation

The Serenely Guided Foundation is a newly formed non-profit that supports charitable, educational, and scientific efforts to improve the lives of patients and families affected by rare diseases.

Responsibilities:

·Develop PR & Media Relations

·Collaborate with Board Directors on campaign progress and press coverage.

·Prepare and distribute press releases and secure press opportunities.

·Research and secure PR opportunities for foundation involvement.

·Research and secure appropriate PR opportunities including speaking engagements and podcasts.

·Research and secure national and local conferences

Requirements and skills:

·Public Relations & Strategy Building

·Media Relations knowledge & book of media contacts a plus

·Strong background in researching, writing, and editing publications.

·Proficient in MS Office and social media

·Healthcare & Wellness interest.
