Brooksby Village is a beautiful 90-acre continuing care retirement community located just 20 minutes from Boston in Peabody, Massachusetts. We’re part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states—and growing.

We are seeking a full time Protestant Pastor to implement ministry programs that focus on the spiritual life of our flourishing Protestant Community.

This is a unique opportunity to serve as Protestant Pastor, outside a traditional church setting. And to work with a vibrant interfaith team of clergy and chaplains that together, take care of the spiritual needs of all our residents.

In this role, you will serve as a spiritual leader to the Protestant residents by preaching and leading worship, ministering to those in need, develop ministry programs, endeavor to make the specific faith community self-supporting financially and provides responsible stewardship of faith community funds.

Compensation: commensurate with experience starting at $50,000 / annual

What you will need:
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skills (written and oral), effective organizational and motivational skills, appreciation and respect for a mature population.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred; ordination, licensure, or certification in the specific denomination required; Minimum of five years pastoral ministry experience; experience working with seniors a plus.
