Proposal Writers - Modern Standard Arabic (Written)

Compensation Range: $75 - 80 per hour

Our client is seeking a skilled Proposal Writer to join their international development team and support efforts in responding to international government RFPs related to country aid and development initiatives. As Proposal Writer, you will collaborate with technical experts, project managers, and business development team members to develop winning proposals that align with the RFP requirements.
Candidates must be fluent in Arabic / Modern Standard Arabic language (speaking/writing) to be considered for the role.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with technical experts, SMEs, project managers, and business development team members to develop proposal outlines, technical approaches, and other content.
• Write and edit proposal content, ensuring that it is clear, concise, and compelling, and that it meets all RFP requirements.
• Manage proposal timelines and coordinate input from multiple stakeholders, including technical experts, project managers, and business development team members.
• Review and respond to feedback from donors and other stakeholders.
• Analyze RFPs and other solicitation documents to understand requirements and develop responsive proposals.

Qualifications:

• Excellent writing, editing, and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise language.
• Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as international development, political science, or communications.
• Knowledge of government procurement regulations and procedures related to international development initiatives.
• Experience in proposal writing and business development for government RFPs related to international development initiatives.
