Job Description
Requirements
:
  • PT or FT options
  • Setting rental rates & negotiating
  • Maintaining records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, maintenance, etc.
  • Maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising repairs.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants, explaining advantages of location and services, and showing units
  • Handle company’s finance and QuickBooks
  • Investigating and resolving property complaints and rental violations
Required Experience
  • 1-3 years in working in finance with Quickbooks
  • Knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 1-3 years in property management
  • Familiarity with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations
  • Flexibility to work remotely or in an office setting
  • Local to Atlanta GA and metro area
Preferred Experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
Compensation
  • Bonus /Commissions available based on rental and new leases signed
