Job Description

I have a really interesting new position for a Project Manager to come and join my clients team on a new project they are building out.


The main responsibilities of this role are below;

  • Actively managing risks, issues, capturing lessons learned from the success/failure of the project and agreeing with stakeholder groups the next set of actions/steps.
  • Regular engagements with stakeholder groups (internal and external) to ensure timely resolution or escalations of risks/issues or to request the support required.
  • Ability to influence and inspire change in a positive and impactful way.
  • Team: Lead and work across both internal and external teams to deliver proof-of-concepts or pilot projects, to full-scaled implementations within business areas in an Agile way.
  • Delivery Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of initiatives/projects and perform the necessary due diligence to ensure compliance and risk assessment are performed involving digital security, legal and procurement teams as appropriate.
  • Maintain open communication between everyone involved and act as key point of contact and escalation in country.


What you will need to be successful in this position is below;

  • Experience in value assessment, business case development, procurement practices, budgeting, resource allocation and risk assessment
  • Must have >5 years of demonstrable experience leading complex digital transformation and business change programmes
  • Excellent communication skills in both face-to-face and virtual settings
  • Accomplished practitioner in project and programme management with an excellent understanding of the methodologies and techniques involved
  • Experience working in a Product based environment coordinating Product roadmaps, delivery, adoption, and service quality with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Product Delivery Managers.
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills, including managing global distributed teams in a matrix organisation, and performance management of third parties
  • Demonstrable experience in deploying Lean/Agile practices at scale
  • Quality focussed and customer centric
  • Experience in SCRUM
  • Knowledge of systems integration and APIs
  • Previous experience of delivering CRM projects will be an asset
  • Excellent problem solving and prioritisation skills
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Adobe CRM solutions
  • Ability to network and influence a wide range of stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite governance.
