Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION General Summary Decision maker, planner, action taker, bearer of fiduciary responsibility and risk taker. Manage or direct activities of one or more departments. Prepare yearly division plan / policy based on long-term management plan. Educate and train associates to understand and strengthen corporate culture and achieve company objectives set by Board of Directors and Company Officers. Evaluate subordinate levels. Principle Duties & Responsibilities Align policies and procedures with company objectives Direct implementation, improvement, and execution of policies and practices throughout organization Recommend, implement, and manage strategic changes company-wide Build, develop, and manage leadership teams capable of carrying out strategies and meeting company goals Provide leadership for problem resolution to facilitate improvement initiatives Provide leadership in 6 to 12 month planning cycle Oversee budget to ensure compliance with organizational expenditure requirements Direct, manage, check, and follow up on annual policies and company targets Perform other duties as assigned in order to ensure achievement of company plan Skills & Abilities Effective written and verbal skills for both internal and external contacts Thorough understanding of the overall business of the company Capable of being innovative at improving current job methods and productivity Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others Ability to plan over a 1-2 year time span Organizational skills necessary to manage multiple projects Problem analysis and resolution at both a strategic and functional level Commitment to company values, goals, and objectives Minimum Level of Preparation & Training Required Bachelor's degree or related management experience is required **Candidates applying for positions with Aisin must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
