The Finance Transformation team is looking for a Project Management Manager to support high-impact, cross-functional projects for the Controllership organization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support and drive strategic programs key to the success of Meta Finance, specifically for the Corporate Accounting organization.

This role requires a background in accounting, strong project management and a proven track record of successfully managing complex accounting projects. You will work with a range of stakeholders, be required to navigate ambiguous challenges, partner and influence effectively to deliver change and transformation with Accounting process and automation projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, milestones, phase gates, resources, RAID logs, testing plans, timelines, and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize project requirements
• Develop executive level presentations with clear and concise recommendations
• Develop strong peer and stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and blockers, proactively addressing issues to ensure project success
• Plan and execute complex Accounting projects (Cash, Accruals, Intercompany and Reconciliations) while collaborating effectively with other cross-functional teams globally

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proven ability to move fast, meet deadlines and deliver results in a fast paced environment
• Knowledge of Accounting processes, tools and new innovations
• 10+ years of Project Management experience, including process and systems projects with big tech background
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Gsuite, Internally developed tools, etc)
• Experience establishing testing plans and developing test scripts
• Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
• Strong collaboration, communication and ability to drive and influence actions and decisions

Preferred qualifications

• PMP cert
• Fusion, Blackline, Tableau or similar tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position: $78.97/hour - $89.13/hour
