Project Manager - Technology Dept.

We're CAFCO Group, an M/WBE Construction Management firm with a supportive culture. At CAFCO, you're on-site, but not out-of-sight! We're looking for a Project Manager with a MINIMUM of 10 years engineering experience in the development, evaluation &/or management of project procurement and construction services.

MUST HAVES:

• Ability to work effectively within a group and manage and prioritize multiple assignments.
• Expert knowledge of the principles, methods, & tools for developing, scheduling, and managing projects and resources, including monitoring costs, work and contractor performance.
• Experience in managing procurement phase activities & coordinating/supporting Procurement, Law, Line Department, TEC and other stakeholder departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Thorough knowledge of engineering design, construction estimating, facility operation, project budgeting & scheduling.
• Familiarity with coordinating and supporting engagement with operating Line Department(s), Engineering staff (including Quality Assurance, Construction and Project Delivery Leadership), Authority tenants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated customer service, decision-making, problem solving, negotiations, interpersonal skills, and ability to manage and influence diverse work groups & project teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously & effectively, utilizing limited resources to achieve complex goals.
• Experience with capital projects that involve design and construction elements including the monitoring and report of cost forecasts against budgets and the management of project schedules.
• MUST obtain a SWAC id, with associated security clearances immediately upon hire.
