Job Summary:


We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager with experience in Field Service Lightning to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing Salesforce projects from conception to deployment and will have experience in Field Service. The Salesforce Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of Salesforce projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.


Responsibilities:


  • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Train end-users on Salesforce solutions and provide ongoing support as needed.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and issues, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Plan and manage Salesforce projects from conception to deployment, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, and administrators to design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing and user acceptance testing to ensure the Salesforce solutions meet business requirements.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.


Requirements:


  • Strong project management skills, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Experience working with Salesforce architects, developers, and administrators to design and implement Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preferred to have multiple certifications in Salesforce.
  • Experience with Field Service Lightning is strongly preferred.
  • Experience training end-users on Salesforce solutions and providing ongoing support.
  • Experience conducting quality assurance testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • 3-5 years of experience managing Salesforce projects.
