Project Manager, Sales & Delivery Operations

What To Expect
Tesla is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager, Sales and Delivery Operations to drive high-impact strategic initiatives across Sales and Delivery Operations in North America, with particular emphasis on sales and delivery field support. In this role you will work cross-functionally with stakeholders in multiple departments including IT Applications, Demand Planning, Logistics, Sales, Delivery, and Finance.
What You’ll Do

• Succinctly communicate progress and status in diverse forums, including executive leadership.
• Foster a professional, respectful, and welcoming work environment, while maintaining Tesla standards for personal and operational excellence
• Drive strategic improvements to productivity and customer experience in support of and partnership with field sales and delivery partners
• Review performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented projects.
• Establish and maintain strong relationship with all stakeholders.
• Continuously review operating metrics to identify and scope optimization opportunities.
• Manage multiple high-profile projects that directly support efficient Sales and Delivery operations while fulfilling overarching company objectives.

What You’ll Bring

• Ability to manage multiple high priority demands simultaneously.
• Ability to achieve success in situations with high degrees of variation and complexity.
• 2+ years of professional experience in a company or business unit of comparable complexity including analytical modeling, operations management, and evidence of exceptional ability.  
• 4-Year degree in business, analytics, operations, or similar
• Strong desire to execute and identify new ways to push the business forward.
• Robust analytical skill set, including proficiency in Excel modeling
• Ability to write, speak, and present effectively and persuasively at all levels.
• Possessing the diplomacy and cooperative style to positively influence outcomes
• Exceptional project and system management skills.
• Demonstrated communication, leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Expected Compensation
$68,000 - $252,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
