What To Expect
Tesla is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager, Sales and Delivery Operations to drive high-impact strategic initiatives across Sales and Delivery Operations in North America, with particular emphasis on sales and delivery field support. In this role you will work cross-functionally with stakeholders in multiple departments including IT Applications, Demand Planning, Logistics, Sales, Delivery, and Finance.

Expected Compensation
$68,000 - $252,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. - Review performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented projects.
- Establish and maintain strong relationship with all stakeholders.
- Continuously review operating metrics to identify and scope optimization opportunities.
- Manage multiple high-profile projects that directly support efficient Sales and Delivery operations while fulfilling overarching company objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple high priority demands simultaneously.
- Ability to achieve success in situations with high degrees of variation and complexity.
- 2+ years of professional experience in a company or business unit of comparable complexity including analytical modeling, operations management, and evidence of exceptional ability.
- 4-Year degree in business, analytics, operations, or similar
- Strong desire to execute and identify new ways to push the business forward.
- Robust analytical skill set, including proficiency in Excel modeling
- Ability to write, speak, and present effectively and persuasively at all levels.
- Possessing the diplomacy and cooperative style to positively influence outcomes
- Exceptional project and system management skills.
- Demonstrated communication, leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
