What you'll do


The Project Manager - Product Led Growth (PLG) is responsible for managing the scope, schedule, communication, budget, and delivery of DocuSign's key work streams projects and enterprise initiatives. The project manager will work closely with Program Manager, business, data and technical stakeholders to establish requirements and operationalize product strategy, roadmap and solutions that support the key enterprise initiatives across the organization. To be successful the Project Manager will need to have strong experience delivering data management projects and a high level of strategic and organizational awareness. The successful candidate will have the ability not to just drive consensus and provide direction but will be seen as a hands-on subject matter expert capable of delivering the data technology solutions required to solve complex business issues.


This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, Program Management Office.


Responsibility


  • Communicate clearly with business stakeholders and team members
  • Monitor progress of teams and ensure issues are resolved
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and partners on an ongoing basis
  • Strong experience with driving digital transformation with at least 2-3 cross functional projects successfully delivered
  • Develop and communicate project status, KPI’s and project documentation to stakeholders, sponsor(s) and executives
  • Manage vendor relationships and review scope of work in agreements
  • Collaborate with Team Leads to ensure functional teams are operating effectively
  • Run meetings and set agendas effectively, and track performance against agreed upon commitments
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to facilitate alignment, and develop a shared understanding of the impacts, benefits, and changes to expect
  • Enables Transformation program roadmap, support execution of specific projects, and facilitate project activities
  • Collaborate with Project Management and Change Enablement professionals across DocuSign sharing leading practices and evolve our methodology
  • Drive collaboration with project sponsor(s) to plan project objectives, scope and deliverables
  • Plan workshops and communicate key action items and decisions across functions
  • Experience in successfully prioritizing and balancing between competing priorities to deliver outcomes on-time and on-budget
  • Create and manage all project management artifacts including project plan, issues and risks log, budgets, and status updates
  • Manage interdependencies between workstreams and the rest of the organization
  • Partner with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) team to plan project UAT activities
  • Ensure communication of relevant information across the program and with the SteerCo


Job Designation


Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)


What you bring


Basic


  • 5+ years of combined Project Management with a proven track record of delivery
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in JIRA and Confluence with demonstrated capability using JIRA and Confluence to manage Agile scrum teams
  • 4+ years of experience of project management best practices and Agile methodology
  • Commerce, Partner, Salesforce CRM tools, platform and systems implementation experience
  • Experience with business applications and Agile software development methodologies and productivity tools, including Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, G-Suite etc.


Preferred


  • Strong experience in technology enterprise applications implementation, planning, execution and delivery
  • Ability to present and explain complex information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others and gains understanding
  • Adept at building close working relationships and quickly establishing personal credibility across an organization, maintaining a high level of professionalism, self-motivation and a strong sense of urgency
  • Detail-oriented with excellent verbal, written, organizational, presentation and interpersonal communications skills
  • Ability to quickly understand complex issues and develop, apply or simplify frameworks to facilitate broader organizational understanding, decision-making and action


Wage Transparency


Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:


California: $118,300 - $182,775 base salary


Washington: $111,600 - $162,625 base salary


This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
