Project Manager - Loan Servicing

Our Client is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to spearhead the planning, coordination, and execution of projects within the Loan Servicing department. The Project Manager will be responsible for providing frequent communication with stakeholders of all levels.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to look beyond just assigned projects to ensure the right decisions are made across the project portfolio
• Efficiently run project meetings
• Collaborate with the team and contribute to problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making activities.
• Translate high-level business need into requirements that can be understood by all levels
• Monitor post-implementation performance and conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Effective communication with all levels within the company, including executive leadership
• Proven ability to coach team members to ensure high performance
• Identify potential risks and roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (IT, operations, and customer service teams), to understand requirements and design efficient workflows.
• Oversee the training of team members and end-users on a new loan servicing system to ensure proper utilization and adoption.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with loan servicing processes and systems is highly desirable.
• 4-7 years of project management experience in financial services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Experience in managing data migration and system implementation projects is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage complex project timelines and deliverables effectively.
• Strong PM methodology experience
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to changing requirements.
• Experience with MS Project
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
• PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications

Location:

Hybrid position. Can be located in Dallas/Ft Worth or Chadds Ford, PA
