Project Manager Jobs

JOB PURPOSE:

This position provides Project Management support to Programs and Support Services across the Enterprise and reports directly to the Senior Director of Strategic Planning and Process Management. The Project Manager (PM) may be assigned to a wide variety of projects. This position is directly accountable for providing leadership and ensuring the success of projects to support the sustainment and growth of Endeavors. Success is measured by the value added to the organization, customer/clients served and the stakeholders impacted. The PM is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. The PM plans and coordinates needed resources, prepares budgets, monitors progress, and keeps stakeholders and the Project Portfolio Manager (PPM) informed of the project status throughout the project life cycle. This is all done within the confines of the Endeavors’ Mission, Vision, and Strategic Plan. High quality work must be performed and expected from others. This position ensures the most efficient administrative procedures for project and works with teams and stakeholders daily.
