The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.Our clients are homeowners associations, multifamily properties, property managers, building owners, and capital expenditure managers in residential and commercial. The company is 21 years old and 8 years in Colorado and expanding!

Responsibilities

• Set project timeline
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Potentially coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Qualifications

• Enjoy working in office, remote and on job sites
• Verifiable commercial construction experience
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Thrive in a non-toxic environment while holding self accountable
