Project Manager Details

• Must be able to work with the estimator in bidding projects including writing proposals, compiling material lists, negotiating contracts and change orders.
• Physical labor, if needed on sites, flexibility, eagerness to learn the trade, and a good attitude.
• Has a proven track record as a leader and knows how to troubleshoot and be attentive to detail.
• Must have a valid Colorado driver’s license; a background check and drug screening are conditions of employment.
• First Shift
• Duties also include managing the workforce yard activities and job performance, job scheduling, quantity and accuracy of the work performed. There will also be additional administrative duties as needed.
• Direct Hire position
• $ 65,000.00 to $ 80,000.00 / annually
• This position will require a minimum of 45+ (during high volume) hours a week.
• Must be proficient at: reading building and site plans, maintaining customer – co-worker communication, and construction methods and procedures, including the permitting process.

Project Manager Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with office staff, project managers, and customers.
• 5 years’ experience in field construction in a supervisory role.
• Must be highly organized and self-motivated.
• Degree strongly considered/recommended.
• Microsoft Office skills a must.
