The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Designation: Project Manager.

What you will do in this role:

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand project requirements, define scope, and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with off-shore cross-functional teams, including development, design, and quality assurance, to ensure project timelines and commitments are met. Manage time zone differences, and ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.

• Act as a bridge between teams, proactively seeking information they need to unblock their progress and facilitate smooth project execution.

• Conduct daily sync-up meetings with various teams to update progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment.

• Follow up with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and resolution of issues.

• Create internal training materials to enhance team members' understanding and knowledge of the process. Encourage innovation and implement new methodologies and tools to improve project efficiency.

• Coordinate and facilitate external training sessions, such as Azure DevOps, to improve project management skills within the organization.

• Collaborate with the business development team to provide accurate estimates and schedule commitments for client projects.

• Assist in preparing project quotes and proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational capabilities.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

• Regularly communicate project status, milestones, and key performance indicators to stakeholders and senior management.

• Proactively engage with clients to understand their requirements, expectations, and feedback. Identify potential new business opportunities by understanding client needs and proposing solutions to grow more.

What qualifications you will need:

• Candidate must have 8+ years of experience in relevant Project Management performing duties similar to listed • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• Must process excellent communication and client management skill. Demonstrated ability to organize work and to manage multiple projects.

• Demonstrated project management ability to employ integration, scope time management, quality, communications, risk components.

• Experience leading and applying Agile (or hybrid Agile) implementation methodology, PMP and any Project Management Certification, Certified Scrum Master.

• Exposure in CRM.

• Exposure to warranty or insurance industry experience
