Project Manager, Charlotte

Location: Charlotte, NC 28203 | Hybrid remote, 3 days in the office weekly

Industry: Architecture and planning, interior design, environmental design

Reports To: Regional Director | Travel: Limited, as needed to visit clients but rare.

Open to relocating candidates and providing relocation assistance

Most Important Responsibilities:

• Estimating fees, preparing proposals and contracts
• Coordinating technical/administrative project efforts to ensure success and client satisfaction
• Serving as the primary contact/liaison for clients
• Preparing strategic plans for project success
• Managing all aspects of multiple projects and project teams
• Managing project schedules, budgets, communication, documentation, scope of work

What you can bring to the table to impact this role, team, and organization:

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Background in multifamily housing projects is ideal, along with mixed-use developments, urban infill, high-rises, senior-living facilities, or hospitality
• Experience managing scope of work, budgets, schedules, preparing contracts/proposals
• 8+ years of professional experience in design, architecture, and project management
• Experience overseeing multiple projects and project teams at a time, multi-year projects
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and similar applications (Bluebeam, Procore)
