Responsibilities
In this position…
- Deliver ongoing reporting on state of current projects, overall and detailed statuses, and expected delivery timelines with deadlines at risk called out
- Communicate program status with team, cross-functional stakeholders, and senior management
- Build, evolve, and manage tools such as SharePoint, Slack and Smartsheet
- Support Customer Porgram Management Lead to effectively plan and manage projects from the initial ideation phase through final execution
- Facilitate meetings to understand status against specified objectives and tasks, determine required next steps with timeline and owners to achieve, and name progress blockers currently existing or at risk of appearing
Qualifications
You'll have…
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfort with ambiguity and proficiency in the ability to plan, organize, and drive results in an unstructured environmen
- Demonstrated expertise working cross-functionally in escalating and closing key business issues
- Demonstrated growth of being accountable for increased responsibilities
- 8+ years of experience providing support at the leadership level
- Project management responsibilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
- Proficiency with industry standard project management tools
