Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure stability of budget projects through verification profit projections accuracy, cost coding and categorization standards are followed, and change order timeliness and forecasting.
• Communicate project progress effectively and gain approvals from clients and owners as needed.
• Proactively identify potential risks to the project schedule and develop strategies to track and mitigate risk.
• Communicate effectively and proactively to elevate the client experience resulting in win-win project completions.
• Be able to successfully defend schedule extension claims and provide clarity of critical components.
• Maintain accuracy of schedule projections.
• Provide upper-level project reporting to Project Executives.
• Create the master schedule in partnership with Superintendents.
• Identify risks to the project budget and quality and be able to find corrective strategies and solutions.
• Collaborate with the team and update schedule accordingly and properly.
• Support and embody company maxims and value proposition to create deep, lasting relationships with clients and business partners.
• Cultivate relationships to generate future opportunities and quality references.
• Verify that all components of projects are illustrated – submittals, procurement, construction, and major design changes.
• Be a brand ambassador with the ability to clearly articulate Del Amo Construction’s value proposition.
• Assess GC burn and minimizing profit fade.
• Produce timely and accurate reports and demonstrate an expressed understanding behind all the variances.
