What You Will Be Doing
As Project Manager you will be responsible managing cost/change control, including change order review, negotiation & recommendations, & ensure tracking of all key project documents

• Coordinate with superintendents regarding schedules, labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.
• Select & manage subcontractor & supplier relationships
• Projections of each project on a weekly basis with FS/GS buy in
• Tracking of submittals, RFI's, change orders, invoices & payments, lien releases, etc.
• Review costs & quality daily - quantities, pictures, etc.

What You Need for this Position

• Knowledge of field concepts, practices, & procedures
• Experience in Utility installation, water storage facilities, & water treatment infrastructure
• 5+ Years Experience as Project Manager with Civil &/OR Heavy Highway Construction
• Knowledge of all aspects of construction including technology, equipment, means & methods, supervision, estimating, schedules, budgets, & safety
• Computer skills in Microsoft office, Microsoft project & HCSS Products a plus
