Mission & Outcomes: FloWater was founded with a simple idea and a big vision. As we expand across the United States, we are looking for a Project Manager who is passionate about leading projects that change the way the world drinks water by developing and overseeing all phases of the project process from start to finish.
Great Candidates: You are highly motivated and skilled at initiating, designing, leading, and executing key projects. You efficiently manage all phases of the project, and provide direction and leadership to project teams.
Responsibilities and Role:
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan
- Leads project teams in the development of project objectives, work plans, and timelines from initiation to post-implementation
- Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
- Assesses the business area's readiness for change in order to prioritize project/program implementation
- Acts as a liaison between the business area and project teams for large-scale company-wide projects/programs
- Independently manages large and/or complex projects/programs for a business area or company-wide
- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks
- Projects could include IT integrations, warehouse relocations, and finance/sales-oriented projects both large and small scope
- Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers
Candidate Competencies:
- Excellent presentation skills
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
- Experience with project management software including Netsuite, Monday.com preferred, or other similar systems
- Professional certification such as PMP preferred
- Proven success working with all levels of management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Compensation: This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive base salary of $62,000 - 68,000 depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, F.S.A, 401k), partially paid parental leave policy, and Paid Time Off.

Please note this is not a fully remote position. FloWater will have a hybrid model of work later in 2023. Candidates must be Denver based and have availability to come into the office periodically.
