A successful candidate is an experienced project management and technical writing professional. This individual will craft and maintain documentation on technical processes. Subjects may include meeting minutes, process flows, company policies, standards, procedures, guidelines and forms. Besides written documents, information may also be presented in PowerPoint, video/screencasts, blogs and other media.


Source material may come from existing documents, process flows and internal meetings utilized as baseline for documentation, process design and decision making.


Responsibilities also entail creation, updating and maintenance of SharePoint websites, SalesForce, share drives and other information repositories.


To be successful, this individual must establish, build, and leverage partnerships across multiple business units to configure innovative solutions and promote internal synergy.


Expected Tasks


  • Craft and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
  • Produce multimedia materials, such as written guides, videos, etc.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of new documentation and information sharing technology
  • Build and maintain information repositories using software like: Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, video and audio recorders.
  • Partner with Process engineers to design, improve and release internal procedures and automation
  • Assist with department quality initiatives
  • Study operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to determine worker functions and responsibilities
  • Produce process flow documentation
  • Work closely with product teams, researchers and trainers for documentation requirements


Qualifications


  • Lean Six Sigma Green belt certification is a plus
  • Knowledgeable on platform technology (e.g. SalesForce, SharePoint On-Line) and recording software (e.g. Camtasia, Audacity, Snagit)
  • Ability to gather and document processing requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience as Project Manager or Technical Writter
  • Knowledge of US credit industry is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Background in technical writing is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of PC MS Office software (Word, Visio, Power Point, Excel, Project)
  • Bachelor’s degree (Industrial engineering, project management or related disciplines) or equivalent experience.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and education. This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, life and disability insurance, generous paid time off including paid parental and family care leave, an employee stock purchase plan and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
