Job Description
Omni Therapy, a hospital and healthcare company, is seeking a high-performing Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects within our organization. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and is ultimately responsible for completing projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed project plans and manage project timelines
  • Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accurate
  • Track project budget and financial performance
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project resources and deliverables
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Prepare project status reports and communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and recommend adjustments to ensure timely delivery of project outcomes
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams toward common goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3-5 years of proven experience managing complex projects within the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
