Project Manager, Ivalua (Remote)

The ideal candidate is someone passionate about the Source-to- Pay (S2P) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Consulting space who is very customer centric, resourceful, eager to lean, innovative, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced subject matter expert in the implementation and delivery of Ivalua with project management experience who wants to grow in their career and make an impact in a rapidly flourishing organization.

The Project Manager will oversee the fulfillment of the larger organizational goals and coordinate the activities between multiple team members and sub-projects while managing inter-dependencies and conflicting schedules/goals/priorities. Throughout these activities, the candidate will assist with and in some cases deliver presentations and workshops to clients.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage deliverable/project quality, timeliness, and approval process between internal team members and client stakeholders.
• Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects, including resolving issues and issuing appropriate corrective actions, as needed.
• Support initiatives, relationships, teaming arrangements, and maintain responsibility for meeting program/business goals in support of program objectives.
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.
• Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff.
• Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in implementation of Ivalua or other P2 P system.
• Experience identifying and reporting on key performance indicators.
• Experience managing clients in the public sector is a strong asset.
• Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, communication, and organization.
• 4+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office suite of products; notably Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Access, Visio.
• 2+ years’ experience as a Project Manager dealing with cross-functional teams within system implementation and delivery space.
• Good knowledge of business case development, project planning/budgeting, and resource allocation procedures.
• Must be a self-starter who is accountable and able to independently identify solutions with little oversight from leadership.
• Must be able to travel to clients when needed, estimate travel 25%.
• 4+ years’ analytical analysis with procurement and supply chain focus.
• University degree in Business Management or other related field.
