Community Healthlink, Inc. is a multi-service, private, non-profit organization committed to promoting, maintaining and restoring the dignity, well-being and mental health of individuals and families in Central Massachusetts.


Seeking a Project Manager with excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational skills and ease in relating to a wide variety of individuals.


Must have the ability to convey passion for our mission of helping people who are dealing with mental illness, addiction, and or homelessness. Designs and implements institutional quality systems and measures progress to ensure sustained outcomes and continuous quality improvement. Is knowledgeable about the IT systems used at CHL so data can be retrieved to guide, inform and support quality management.

Standard


  • Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • 3 years of Project Management experience.
  • Must have or be willing to work towards a project management professional certification upon hire.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with concentration in Project Management, Health Care Administration. Preferred Project Management focus.

Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Contracts and Provider Enrollment Administrator at our Worcester site.


Under the supervision of the Director of Compliance and Privacy Officer, the Contract and Provider Enrollment Administrator is responsible for managing all aspects of contracts and agreements, provider enrollment, facility credentialing, and relationship building with the health plans, Medicaid, DPH, BSAS and other funders. These duties include, but are not limited to, preparing, revising, negotiating, examining, and amending all contracts. They also include accurate and timely provider enrollment, credentialling, third-party contract revenue projection, rate and claim volume forecasting, and analyzing the documents in alignment with industry-accepted standards. Contract types include, but are not limited to, service contracts, third-party contracts, and university agreements. This position will be responsible for ensuring that all contracts and agreements are in compliance with CHL policies, legal, state and federal statutory and regulatory requirements

  • Communicate with vendors and third-party health plans to ensure accurate and timely implementation and execution.

  • Complies with all health and safety regulations and requirements.
  • Maintains Provider Enrollments Prepares individual provider applications, staff rosters, re-enrollment, and terminations forms and submits them to 3rd party insurance plans.
  • In instances where mail addressee is not identified, review and distribute to applicable party.
  • Maintains Facility Enrollments Prepares and submits facility and site applications to 3rd party insurance plans, and Medicaid and Medicare.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality with regards to protected health information, and both understands and adheres to CHL Privacy & Security policies and procedures
  • Work in collaboration with the Compliance Team on Special Projects.
  • Maintains a solid understanding of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement methodologies for service lines.
  • Attends variety of meetings, conferences, and trainings as required or directed.
  • Negotiate and approve all contract terms while ensuring that projects remain within the established budget.
  • Ensure and take responsibility for all steps of provider enrollments.
  • Exemplifies knowledge of contract law, accounting principles and finance

  • Develop contract proposals to support organizational goals.
  • Solid understanding of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement methodologies and community health reimbursement health care services and contracting methodology.

  • Strong computer skills in standard PC word processing, spreadsheet and database applications (such as those found in the Microsoft Office Suite)
