The ideal candidate would be a wiz at planning, buying, budgeting & managing ground-up or renovation projects. In Your new role, you would be an integral part of the preconstruction & construction process, acting as the front-line company manager interacting with your project construction team. Your responsibilities include negotiating & writing subcontracts, overall contract management, monthly billings, scheduling, budgeting, & cost monitoring.

Requirements:

• Experience managing design changes & related Sub costs & settling outst&ing change requests with the Owner.
• Must have experience as a lead superintendent in all stages, from preconstruction through delivery. Minimum of 2 to 3 projects of at least $30 million
• Experience negotiating & writing subcontracts & overall contract management, scheduling, budgeting, cost monitoring & monthly costs at completion analysis
• Bachelors in Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or equivalent technical training and experience combinations.
