General Purpose
The Manager, Head Office & Culture position supports the NAM e-com Head Office and Culture function, establishing and implementing the NAM Digital operating rhythm. This role manages all internal communications and team touchpoints to facilitate a winning culture. This position supports the NAM e-com leadership executive agenda & drumbeat as needed, helping to connect the dots across the organization’s people, processes, and business.
Key Responsibilities
Executive agenda, drumbeats & framework
  • Facilitate and coordinate meetings, with duties including advance agenda preparation, collecting and organizing relevant information from necessary parties, preparation of needed documents, communication of meeting expectations of all involved parties, and creating/following up on action items and agreements.
  • Manage department calendar with cross-functional milestones and internal employee activations/events.
NAM Head Office liaison and content coordination & production
  • Collaborate with other Head Office functions in NAM and beyond to ensure right representation of e-com while facilitating communication and alignment.
  • Act as single point of contact for NAM e-com organization to any request coming from NAM HO, and global HO counterparts, coordinating with relevant stakeholders the collection of information.
  • Directly produce relevant content to be delivered to senior audiences, ensuring best in class storytelling and executive relevance.
Culture and Communications
  • Lead liaison efforts for all NAM Digital interns and their line managers.
  • Build and maintain onboarding program and resources for new Digital joiners.
  • Manage culture committee and culture-relevant activities in partnership with relevant stakeholders fostering sense of belonging, engagement, and happiness.
  • Manage the communication tools & mechanisms the organization needs to keep its people engaged and informed.
  • Plan & Facilitate learning, development, and team member success in conjunction with developing and implementing the Digital People Plan.
Other Key Additional Responsibilities
  • Manage area workspace changes, such as seating design and planning.
  • Create presentation proposals including the story line, slideshow preparation, speaking notes, and research as required.
Requirements
Education & Experience
  • 3-5+ years of in-depth professional experience related to project management or similar topics
  • Experience in eCommerce a plus
  • Proven market business acumen
  • University degree with focus on Business Administration, Communication or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience working with stakeholders at various seniority levels as well as subject matter experts across various functions (Developers, business stakeholders, product and marketing teams, etc.)
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in the ecosystem environment of the project area in scope preferred

  • Good numerical and analytical skills
  • People-first mentality with ability to energize a group and work collaboratively toward a common goal
  • Good written communication and public speaking skills, especially when interacting with different levels of business
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures

Hard-Skills
  • Understanding of website experience KPIs and financial KPIs preferred
  • Technical acumen with ability to understand various systems and how they integrate
  • Smartsheet, Jira, SharePoint, and Confluence proficiency preferred
  • Fluent English both verbally and written
  • Ability to travel, domestic or international, as required
  • Strong MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
