About Our Client
Our client is a general contractor who specializes in light industrial projects including but not limited to Manufacturing facilities, Distribution Centers and Warehouses. They just fully rebranded, bringing on a well connected, brand new executive team. They offer competitive salaries, excellent bonuses and a great benefits package.

  • Occasional estimating.
  • Review and coordinate shop drawings with contract documents.
  • Manage, with little assistance, financial aspects of contract and all other construction documentation (fee payment, rental equipment, income/expenses, etc.) to protect company's interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with client.
  • Initiate and maintain liaison with prime clients and subcontractors to facilitate construction activities.
  • Manage project communications through Procore.
  • Request bids for specific work scopes from subcontractors, review bids and select subcontractors accordingly, in collaboration with VPC.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, per the supervisor's direction.
  • Represent company in project meetings.

The Successful Applicant
  • Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam and Procore
  • A valid Driver's License
  • Must work well in a team environment and be committed to client service
  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with CMAR and/or Design/Build delivery methods
  • Minimum 3 - 10+ years of experience as a project manager for a commercial construction company
  • Professional Degree in construction management, architecture or a related field (mechanical or civil engineering, construction tech, interior design, business administration) is preferred
