Project Manager - Evv/ Healthcare

6 month contract position for a Project Manager with 1+ years of experience managing healthcare projects. Specific background working with EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) Systems preferred.

100% remote

Day to day:

• Communicates to team members and stakeholders via Project Management Office project update methods
• Assist in managing multiple small to medium sized projects
• Creates, builds, and updates project schedules, project charters, status reports and work breakdown structures
• Works with project stakeholders to develop an objective-based comprehensive project plan as per allocated time and budget
• Help to manage several ongoing projects to implement EVV for various Health Plans.
• Tracks and reports on financial data, performance, and status of multiple projects by leveraging project management tools and techniques; continually reviews and makes recommendations to ensure adequate availability of resources
• Establishes, builds rapport, and maintains relationships with stakeholders, third parties and vendors to ensure their coordination with internal resources
• Sets priorities, defines dependencies, and schedules activities
• Ensures consistency and adherence to corporate operational standards and processes

• Projects stay on track
• Assists in managing and overseeing all aspects of a technology project to ensure it is completed on time and within budget. Has overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing, vendors, and contractual deliverables.
• Monitors project milestones and generates periodic status reports.
• Evaluates and manages risk. Incorporates quality measures and standards to project deliverables.
• Develops detailed project plans.
